Great Lakes Academy offers:

  • Low student/teacher ratio

  • Caring, experienced, well trained staff

This is an awesome opportunity for me (Chasity L.) I am so pleased to teach and pass on the skills I have learned to students I have much in common with...you see, I too was dubed as a learning disabled student. For many years I struggled with Dyslexia and until my senior year in High School I had not been formally diagnosed with it....I was told I was "Slow"....

Your exciting classes at GLA are a special calling. When an aging Pablo Picasso visited a children's art class, he commented,"When I was their age, I could paint like the great Raphael, but it took me a lifetime to learn to paint like them." All the best to you in your endeavor!
